As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will join a high-performing implementation team focused exclusively on ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects. You will work as an independent contributor and track lead, handling areas such as incident management and integration tracks. Using Scrum principles and fast-paced agile sprints (2-week cycles), you will implement ServiceNow applications for clients, managing stories, tasks, and peer reviews. You will design technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to address business requirements across IT departments and beyond, acting as a Solution Architect or Senior Developer as needed. The role also involves creating innovative solutions to automate processes and improve system efficiency. You will contribute to practice development through hiring, resourcing, presales, or innovation initiatives. Prior experience with ServiceNow implementation projects is required, along with knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, or CSM. Familiarity with the ITIL framework and integration frameworks within ServiceNow is expected.
