Consultant - HR Transformation New
As an HR Transformation Consultant, you will support complex HR process transformation engagements across multiple geographies. You will work on diverse projects leveraging your knowledge of HR functions, service delivery, and technology. Key responsibilities include supporting HR process redesign and process improvement initiatives, improving overall HR operational efficiency through technology-driven interventions such as work activity analysis and information synthesis. You will conduct HR benchmarking and research, and demonstrate proficiency in stakeholder analysis, job impact assessment, communication planning, and change measurement including readiness surveys and business readiness assessments.
You will design HR processes using tools like ARIS and Visio, prepare proposals by gathering and formatting information, and drive communications with onshore stakeholders through various channels. You will take complete ownership of standalone deliverables and manage client relationships that contribute to project success. Additionally, you will support capability building and demand generation, understand business priorities to anticipate strategic HR transformation opportunities, and clearly communicate recommendations using strong persuasive skills. You are expected to embrace a culture of innovation and creative thinking to resolve client issues, and contribute to building the project pipeline to support resource staffing throughout the year.
