Associate Consultant - Learning & Development HCA New
As an Associate Consultant in Learning & Development, you will collaborate with Functional Managers and Subject Matter Experts to understand business problems, identify target audiences, assess learning needs, and develop learning and change objectives for proposed solutions. You will work through the full lifecycle of learning solutions including design, development, and delivery phases in close collaboration with client teams.
Your responsibilities include conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA) and developing training curricula, creating high-level and detailed content outlines, and designing standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for learning solutions. You will develop and review training deliverables to ensure they meet agreed-upon quality standards and industry benchmarks. You will also support the Functional Manager in establishing Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) measures such as language style guides, branding guidelines, and project checklists.
Additionally, you will provide constructive feedback to team members to develop their instructional design skills, brief and coach instructional designers and content developers for workshops and Train the Trainer sessions, and identify opportunities to implement innovative learning strategies. You are expected to ensure projects meet productivity targets, proactively identify risks, and collaborate with various internal and client stakeholders throughout the process.
