This is a Senior Analyst / Team Leader position within the Accounts Management Support team, supporting the Global Audit Methodology Group with business operations and project activities including project reporting.
You will be responsible for automating various projects to transform central operations, creating and maintaining internal reporting dashboards, and documenting operational processes. The role includes migrating content between manuals and performing quality assurance and quality control activities.
You will connect with stakeholders to understand end-to-end objectives, scope, and deliverables, and collaborate with team members across KPMG's global delivery centres on ad hoc projects while leveraging best practices. Working closely with the project manager, you will ensure consistency and devise quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
The role also involves people management responsibilities, driving insightful conversations with senior leaders and Partners, and assisting with data gathering and administrative tasks. Candidates should be willing to learn and adopt new skills and technologies.
