This is a Senior/Team Lead position within the US Advisory team in the DE&M capability, focusing on Data Modeling, Insights Generation, Power BI Dashboard Development, and PowerApps/Workflow Development. You will design data models to transform raw data into actionable insights, analyzing both historical and current data to support informed decision-making.
In the Power BI space, you will create dynamic, interactive, and visually appealing dashboards and reports, enhance and optimize existing solutions for improved performance, build sophisticated multi-dimensional data models using Power Query, and execute DAX queries and functions for data manipulation. You will design, develop, and deploy comprehensive Power BI solutions and reporting tools.
The role also involves designing and implementing applications and workflows using PowerApps, Power Automate, and the broader Microsoft Power Platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensure scalability and reliability of PowerApps solutions in production, and integrate them with platforms such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Teams. Troubleshooting issues, providing technical documentation, and training end-users are also key responsibilities.
This position requires strong technical expertise with at least 8-10 years of experience, including 3 years in a managerial capacity, along with the ability to work across multiple time zones and manage competing priorities effectively.
