Senior Analyst

This role is part of the Resourcing Team focusing on supply and deployment of audit professionals. You will manage the annual forward planning process for offshore resources, allocating portfolios to team members in line with agreed budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include strategically allocating professionals to engagements based on skills, availability, and project complexity, ensuring balanced workloads to prevent underutilization. You will proactively engage with engagement managers to understand flexibility in existing bookings and fill critical shortfalls through scenario planning. The role also involves maintaining resourcing tools, driving data integrity, managing role creation and shortlisting, and supporting MI reporting. You will collaborate with Resource Advisors across practice groups and continuously improve processes and ways of working.
