Senior Analyst
This is a People Advisor role within the People Operations team, providing HR advisory and administrative support to the UK business. You will manage your own cases, provide guidance on KPMG policies and procedures, and handle data entry and administrative tasks while liaising with key stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities include conducting exit interviews, supporting quarterly E-D promotions and step progression cycles, managing 4-week trigger reporting with proactive next-step advice, and handling Health & Safety and Microlink referrals. You will also process new student health questionnaires, prepare and present at moderation panels, and process ad-hoc leaver requests.
You will serve as the first point of contact for HR queries and cases, with the expectation to escalate complex matters to the onshore team. All queries and tasks must be resolved accurately within Service Level Agreements. The role requires ensuring all records, systems, and documentation are accurately updated and compliant with KPMG requirements.
You are expected to proactively develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including business contacts, Centres of Excellence, and external parties. Ad-hoc reporting across various systems, including attrition analysis and bespoke reports, is also part of the role. Experience working in an HR shared services or customer services environment within financial services is preferred.
