This role focuses on digital marketing and website management, requiring a professional with strong expertise in web technologies, user experience, content management systems, and analytics tools. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the corporate website and microsites, ensuring all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
You will upload, format, and publish content using CMS platforms such as WordPress or Adobe Experience Manager, collaborating with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure timely publishing. Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for website updates and enhancements is a key part of the role.
On the analytics side, you will monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, generate regular reports on traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization. You will also implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and conduct UX audits to recommend improvements.
Project management is also integral to this position — you will lead or support web-related projects including redesigns, migrations, and new feature rollouts, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables effectively.
