This role is part of the Transformation team at KPMG Global Services, working closely with KGS India management and global KPMG member firms to drive large-scale operations transformation programs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for identifying and delivering operational excellence initiatives that generate tangible benefits. This includes assessing current operating models across people, process, and technology dimensions, then designing and implementing target operating models in collaboration with service lines. You will identify and execute process improvement, automation, and right-shoring opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and other transformation methodologies.
The role involves analyzing and interpreting business data to generate actionable insights, supporting internal and external performance benchmarking research, and conducting continuous improvement trainings such as Lean Six Sigma awareness and Yellow Belt programs to build problem-solving capabilities across teams.
You will lead problem-solving and brainstorming workshops with project stakeholders, prepare analysis reports, solution designs, and other project deliverables while owning responsibility for timely completion and quality of outputs. Ensuring business cases are thoroughly researched and syndicated, and delivering projects on time, within scope and budget are key expectations.
This is a supervisory role reporting to an Associate Director, requiring strong experience in global process transformation consulting, intelligent automation (RPA, AI, process mining, workflows), and developing global operating models leveraging onshore-offshore delivery centers.
