Analyst - CF-IT - IT Operations -VDI - KRC

KPMG is hiring an Analyst for the IT Offshore VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) Support Team based in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining virtual desktop infrastructure environments, troubleshooting VDI-related issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations for end users. You will work within the Corporate Functions IT Operations team to monitor, manage, and resolve technical issues related to virtual desktop services. The position involves collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to deliver reliable VDI support, handling incident management, performing root cause analysis, and contributing to continuous improvement of VDI services and processes. You will also be expected to document procedures and maintain knowledge base articles to support efficient operations.
