About the Role

KPMG is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Oracle EPM practice in Hyderabad. This role is suited for experienced consulting professionals with a broad understanding of EPM solutions, industry best practices, and business processes. You will lead a team and independently implement and support Oracle EPM products to meet customer needs. End-to-end project lifecycle experience in Planning and Budgeting projects is essential, particularly with EPBCS modules like Finance, Workforce, Capex, or Project. You will write Business Rules and Calc scripts, build Forms, SmartLists, Task Lists, and manage security and other planning artifacts. The role includes application tuning, ASO cube management with MDX formulas, data movement and integration maintenance, data validation, and automation of scheduling jobs. You will gather requirements, conduct client-facing discussions, demo EPM functionality, and prepare deliverables including design documents, test documentation, and training materials. Experience with EPCMC, FCCS, or ARCS is required, and familiarity with Groovy scripts and Narrative/FR reporting is preferred. Shift work is expected.
