Senior - Compliance Review- Legal

As a Senior in Compliance Review within the Legal function, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple law categories including Labour laws, Health Safety & Environment (HSE), Administrative, Secretarial, Finance, and sector-specific regulations. You will work within the Governance, Risk & Compliance Services practice, helping clients effectively manage business and process risks.

Key responsibilities include conducting compliance reviews and assessments under various legal and regulatory frameworks, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions. You will assist clients in understanding and adhering to applicable laws and disclosure norms, while maintaining documentation and compliance trackers. The role involves preparing detailed compliance reports, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the development of compliance frameworks tailored to client needs.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure transparency in operations and help clients navigate the increasingly complex regulatory landscape. Strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret legal requirements across different industries are essential for success in this role.
