As a Manager for SAP HCM Payroll at KPMG, you will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP HCM Payroll solutions for diverse clients across industries. You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, including schema and rule configuration, payroll area setup, wage type management, and statutory compliance.

You will manage client relationships, gather business requirements, and translate them into effective SAP HCM Payroll solutions. The role involves leading delivery teams, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring project milestones are met within timelines and budgets.

You will handle complex payroll scenarios including off-cycle payroll, retroactive accounting, third-party remittance, and integration with other SAP modules such as Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management. Experience with country-specific payroll configurations is expected.

The position requires strong consulting skills, the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and experience in preparing proposals and participating in business development activities. You should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive successful project outcomes.
