As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and managing the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module for a diverse range of clients. You should bring 6-8 years of hands-on experience with the EC module, including at least 3-4 full end-to-end implementations.
Your day-to-day work will involve configuring and managing MDF (Metadata Framework), foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows within the Employee Central environment. You will work directly with clients in a client-facing capacity, gathering requirements, providing solutions, and ensuring successful delivery.
Team handling and mentoring experience is preferred, as you may guide junior consultants on projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to quickly learn new competencies and adapt to different project environments. A relevant graduation (BE/BTech/BCom) or post-graduation (MBA/PGDM/MCA/MTech) is required, and SAP certification is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective stakeholder management and user support.
