As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Consultant, you will work on implementing and configuring the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) modules for clients across diverse industries.

Your key responsibilities will include participating in end-to-end implementation projects, configuring job requisitions, candidate pipelines, offer letter templates, and recruitment workflows. You will also handle integrations between the recruiting module and other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central and Onboarding.

You will engage directly with clients to gather functional requirements, conduct workshops, provide demos, and deliver solutions aligned with their hiring processes. Post-go-live support and issue resolution will also be part of your scope. The role requires solid hands-on experience with SAP SF RCM/RMK configuration, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills for effective client interaction in a consulting setting.
