About the Role

As an Assistant Manager in the Oracle HCM practice at KPMG, you will design, build, and configure Oracle Cloud HCM applications to meet business process and application requirements. You should have strong experience in at least 2 to 3 HCM modules such as Payroll, OTL, Compensation and Benefits, or Core HR. You will be responsible for building and configuring HCM Extracts to retrieve data from Oracle Cloud HCM objects for integration with external applications. The role involves preparing project deliverables including requirements documentation, design specifications, and configuration guides while following established software development methodology and version control practices. You will work with Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle Application Development tools, and serve as a hands-on tech-functional expert carrying out tasks independently as project needs arise. At least one Oracle Cloud HCM certification is required. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for this role. Qualification in MBA, MCA, CA, BE, B.Tech, BCA, or equivalent is expected.
