Software Developer

This Software Developer role in Noida focuses on building AI-enabled applications and agent-based solutions within Emerson''s Ovation Intelligence ecosystem. You will actively participate in the design and implementation of the Agent Builder platform, used to create custom user agents for diagnostics, automation, engineering workflows, and operational support across power and industrial environments. Responsibilities include implementing AI agents, working with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, UX, QA, architecture, and domain SMEs to define agent use cases and deployment strategies, and ensuring agent quality standards that improve operator awareness, reduce troubleshooting time, and enable predictive maintenance. The role also requires collaboration with cybersecurity teams to uphold Emerson''s security standards for AI-driven solutions, and with infrastructure teams for compute and GPU performance alignment. Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, industrial AI applications, and DCS/SCADA environments is strongly preferred.
