About the Role

As an Assistant Manager in Digital Government Advisory at KPMG, you will serve as an evaluation expert, supporting the Directorate of Evaluation under the Planning Department of the Government of Bihar. Candidates must hold a full-time PG Diploma in Management or a Master's degree in International Development, Economics, Econometrics, Political Science, Statistics, Rural Management, Forest Management, or an equivalent qualification. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software is essential.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required, with preference given to candidates who have previously worked with government or development organizations. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are critical for success in this advisory role.
