User Interface/User Experience Lead

This UI/UX Lead role is a senior individual contributor position responsible for owning end-to-end design execution for Trailhead''s Slack, web, and native mobile (iOS and Android) experiences within the Trailhead learning ecosystem. You will work hands-on in Figma to design intuitive, accessible, and platform-native user experiences that balance design system rigor with Trailhead''s broader experience principles, including designs for AI-powered learning features. The role requires close partnership with product managers and engineers from problem discovery through final delivery, independently making design decisions and resolving issues for the surfaces you own. You will leverage user research and analytics to inform design choices, represent design in cross-functional reviews and ceremonies, and maintain regular alignment with US-based design partners through async communication and critique sessions. Experience designing for Slack, iOS Human Interface Guidelines, and Android Material Design is a strong advantage, as is familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping tools.
