User Experience/Senior User Experience Designer

This UX/Senior UX Designer role is responsible for solving complex design problems across web, mobile, and tablet interfaces, working closely with product managers and engineering to design and deliver exceptional user experiences on the Salesforce platform. You will conduct user research, leverage analytics, and apply user-centered design methods to validate assumptions and iterate on product features, while also evangelizing design thinking culture and new interface guidelines. The role requires designing intuitive, visually compelling, and accessible solutions that distill complexity into clarity, and owning multiple web and mobile application interfaces from concept through delivery. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and QE teams, present UX vision to diverse stakeholders, and stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential, with experience in design systems and CRM or enterprise software being a strong advantage.
