Manager Proposals

This Manager Proposals role in Hyderabad focuses on mid-stream pipeline and process automation proposals for software applications used in Oil & Gas, chemical, petrochemical, refining, and process industries. You will analyze customer tender requirements, gauge the right product offering, highlight advantageous and loading points to sales teams, and prepare optimum techno-commercial proposals within deadlines. The role requires knowledge of solution offerings and automation interfaces, experience in preparing proposals for ERP and engineering software applications, the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across sales, operations, procurement, and legal teams, and strong proficiency in MS Office. Candidates should be comfortable working with ambiguity, be able to contribute independently, and bring 5-7 years of proposal experience in the software industry.
