This Project Engineer role in Hyderabad focuses on implementing customized software solutions based on Emerson''s Energy Solutions Pipeline modeling software. You will configure, install, and fine-tune pipeline modeling systems, train operators at client sites in Energy Solutions software applications, analyze project requirements against product capabilities, and provide consulting and training services to clients. The role requires a strong background in pipeline hydraulics, experience with pipeline operations or pipeline software, and knowledge of software systems applications. Extensive travel is required. A degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and experience with SCADA systems, instrumentation, and process control, along with knowledge of C/C++ and Fortran and familiarity with natural gas marketing and transportation, are strong differentiators.
