Cards Domain Consultant

This role is focused on cards domain consulting across three potential tracks: Cards Business, Cards Operations, and Cards Technology. On the business side, you will support banks and fintechs in creating new card product propositions, designing customer acquisition strategies, loyalty programs, and cross-sell programs. For operations, you will manage end-to-end card operations covering pre-issuance, authorizations, disputes, collections, reconciliation, and settlement for credit, debit, or virtual card products. In the technology track, you will work as a business analyst or product owner on card management system implementations, write BRDs and FRDs, conduct UAT, and work with ISO 8583 messaging standards and scheme simulators. The role demands strong understanding of the full card lifecycle and experience consulting for banks or fintechs.
