Team Lead Intercompany

Lead intercompany P2P finance operations and manage global service delivery activities across assigned countries while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Supervise a team of 20+ employees and oversee invoice posting, intercompany reconciliations, journal entries, and financial transaction processing within shared services operations. Drive operational excellence by managing productivity targets, SLAs, customer satisfaction, and process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and simplification. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve reconciliation discrepancies, support month-end and year-end closing activities, and maintain accurate financial reporting. Contribute to people management activities including hiring, training, retention, performance management, and transition support for finance delivery operations.
