Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Developer

Design and optimize cross-channel customer journey analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform. Build and maintain datasets, schemas, analytics tagging, and customer data connections for accurate journey tracking and reporting. Develop dashboards, calculated metrics, and customer profile visualizations across digital and offline channels. Work closely with product, UX, marketing, and data engineering teams to deliver scalable analytics and measurement frameworks. Troubleshoot tracking issues, validate implementations, and ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are maintained.
