Senior technology delivery leader owning execution, reliability, and commercial performance of complex regulated financial-services technology estate. Accountable for ensuring mission-critical systems are built, integrated, operated, and evolved safely while improving efficiency, predictability, and cost discipline. Lead delivery across multiple segments, platforms, and vendor ecosystems with direct accountability for complex integrations, third-party dependencies, and end-to-end outcomes. Step in during major incidents, recovery efforts, and high-risk delivery moments driving resolution and systemic improvement. Partner with Architecture, Data, Product, Operations, and Commercial leadership ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities and regulatory expectations. Requires 17-20+ years leading technology delivery in complex regulated environments with accountability for large platforms, teams, and budgets. Strong vendor ecosystem management and technology budget/P&L ownership experience.
