About the Role
As a Principal Member of Technical Staff, you will lead the architecture and development of Salesforce’s Agentforce AI platform, delivering scalable and production-grade Agentic AI systems. This role focuses on building AI-powered backend services, data pipelines, and cloud-native architectures that support training, inference, and governance at scale. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and product teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. The position also involves mentoring engineers, setting technical direction, and driving best practices across applied AI, distributed systems, and cloud platforms.
