Senior Engineer- Client Services
As a Senior Engineer – Client Services, you will provide advanced technical support for encryption and data security products, acting as the primary post-sales technical liaison for customers. You will troubleshoot complex issues related to system configuration, cryptographic key management, integrations, and product functionality across on-premise and cloud environments. The role involves analyzing logs, reproducing defects, recommending solutions or workarounds, and coordinating with product teams to resolve incidents. You will also assist with product integrations, patch implementations, and hotfix deployments to ensure minimal disruption. Additionally, you will manage customer expectations, document incidents clearly, and support occasional on-call responsibilities for critical production environments.
