KYC Analyst
As a KYC Analyst in the Wholesale Onboarding and Group FCO team, you will be responsible for client service and operational execution tasks related to Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. You will conduct end-to-end KYC reviews with a focus on high-risk client assessments, ensuring compliance with global KYC policies and procedures.
Your responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound phone calls from customers, servicing their needs effectively and efficiently, and interacting professionally with Front Office and internal stakeholders via phone or email. You will take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to, in accordance with relevant rules and regulations.
The role requires in-depth knowledge of global KYC policies, an understanding of the importance of KYC to the bank from risk and regulatory perspectives, and experience working in a customer-facing service environment. You will collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations.
You will develop reports and presentations on operational performance, communicate findings to senior stakeholders, and participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency. Flexibility for various shifts and proficiency in spoken and written English are required.
