Director - Transformation Head
As the Transformation Head at Senior Director/Director level, you will spearhead the design and development of Cognizant's AI Training Data Service (AITDS) offering. This visionary leadership role requires deep expertise in data engineering, AI/ML lifecycle, and platform architecture, combined with the ability to drive innovation in building scalable, domain-rich solutions for enterprise AI.
You will define and own the AITDS platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability across AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud ecosystems. You will guide engineering teams on building modular components for data ingestion, profiling, annotation, governance, and deployment, while evaluating and integrating emerging technologies for AI data readiness.
The role involves designing frameworks for high-quality training data generation for AI/ML models, ensuring compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards. You will identify new products, tools, and strategic partners to accelerate platform development and make informed build vs. buy decisions based on technical, financial, and strategic considerations.
Collaboration with product managers, data scientists, and client teams is essential to align platform capabilities with business needs. You will also represent Cognizant in industry forums, contribute to thought leadership in AI data services, and establish best practices for platform deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
