Delivery Manager – (Java/.Net)

We are seeking a Delivery Manager with a background in designing and developing creative digital solutions to address challenging business needs. You will coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work, contribute to new business development efforts, and oversee the successful delivery of customer projects. The role involves managing relationships and expectations with customers, ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies in project execution, and collaborating with Account Managers to resolve customer concerns during engagements. You will lead project management activities including time estimation, resource allocation, revenue forecasting, and resource planning. Responsibilities also include compiling engagement timesheet data and billing details, drafting weekly and monthly progress reports, and estimating timeframes, resource needs, and quality metrics for project implementation. You will define deliverables, evaluate performance and design standards, and assist in evaluating client processes through needs analysis while recommending business models, workflows, or innovative solutions.
