SPE-US Mortgage/QA-QC
This is a Quality Assurance Analyst role in the US Mortgage Servicing domain, focused on executing the Servicing Quality Assurance Plan and ensuring the company satisfies its quality assurance requirements. This is an office-based night shift position requiring 2 to 4 years of experience.
You will conduct quality assurance audits applying discretion and independent judgment during the audit process. Mortgage Servicing processes will be analyzed against complex servicing guidelines and regulations. You will review these processes using a prescribed audit schedule aligned with compliance monitoring, investor requirements, policies, and procedures.
The role requires prior experience as a transactional auditor or in a QC role for at least 1 year in the US mortgage servicing area. You should be well-versed with various servicing guidelines and have strong proficiency in MS Excel. Exposure to audit tools such as ACES, Black Knight, Loss Mitigation System (LMS), or Pyramid is an added advantage.
You must have good written and verbal communication skills, be ready to work US shifts, and be able to meet goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Certification is required.
