The role involves assessing skill availability within the resource pool, deciding on internal fulfillment versus external hiring, and providing recommendations on optimal bench levels. You will monitor KPIs and drive data-backed improvements in pool management and procurement, engage with Practice Leads and Delivery Managers to track resource fulfillment, and act as a liaison between business, technical, and HR teams for talent acquisition and allocation strategies. Building cross-functional partnerships, fostering collaboration and accountability, and conceptualizing AI use cases for operational excellence are key aspects of this role.
