As a Lead Staffing Specialist, you will manage end-to-end staffing activities for an assigned portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for staffing-related coordination with delivery, talent acquisition, and global staffing teams. Your major activities include demand validation, proposal addition, interview coordination, managing assignments, and ramp-down validations. You will maintain constant communication with delivery leaders to stay updated on changes in demand and headcount, provide timely updates and next steps to stakeholders, and ensure the hygiene of internal staffing systems through daily validation. Monitoring and reporting on staffing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is a key part of the role. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of IT skills, roles, and responsibilities, along with experience handling difficult negotiations and escalations with a responsive and diplomatic approach.
