Salesforce Test Lead
Salesforce Test Lead / SFDC QA Lead role requiring at least 8 years of total experience with minimum 3 Salesforce projects as tester. Key responsibilities include creating test plans, test cases, and performing functional, integration, and regression testing, executing and publishing test reports, collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Developers on release planning and coordination, performing configuration changes in Salesforce (user creation, permissions), and working in Agile/Scrum development process. The role requires Salesforce Administrator certification (minimum), hands-on experience with test tools like JIRA, proficiency in manual testing with automation testing as good to have, and Service Cloud expertise. Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or ISTQB are preferred. Knowledge of Retail domain is a plus.
