As an Assistant Manager in the Accounts Receivable and Collections team at KPMG, you will lead the end-to-end collections cycle including follow-ups, customer communication, and dispute resolution to optimize cash flow and enhance client satisfaction. You will generate AR dashboards and perform analysis in multi-currency environments to track and report on collections performance. The role involves designing and implementing strategic initiatives for credit control and process automation within accounts receivable workflows. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all AR-related issues with clients and stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships. Ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit standards while maintaining thorough documentation is essential. This is a flexible shift role supporting global clients in a remote or hybrid work arrangement.
