This role involves working as part of an offshore business testing team at the SA2 / Assistant Manager level. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing business testing activities to validate that applications and systems meet business requirements. Key duties include creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts, coordinating with onshore teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and timelines, and identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through resolution.
You will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios. The role also involves performing regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring quality standards are met before deployments. Reporting on test progress, risks, and outcomes to project leadership is expected.
