Service and Repair Professional 1

This field service role based in Noida involves on-site execution of service and repair jobs for Emerson''s flow measurement and control products. You will be responsible for ensuring all services are carried out in line with Emerson''s standard procedures and within agreed timelines, followed by preparation of detailed site visit reports and obtaining customer sign-offs upon job completion. The role includes providing installation, commissioning, AMC, and ARC service support, maintaining an up-to-date AMC/ARC calendar, and keeping product configuration backups current on the server. You will respond promptly to customer queries and complaints, escalating where necessary, and provide technical support to project and engineering teams on demand. Staying current with new products and technologies and sharing knowledge with the service team is also expected. Hands-on experience with flow meters, gas chromatographs, flow computers, control valves, PLCs, and HMIs — particularly in the oil and gas sector — is strongly preferred.
