This Assistant Manager role leads the MEA FCEC Order Management team in Chennai, providing centralized order execution support for Dubai and Spark operations across the Middle East and Africa region. You will oversee multi-functional teams covering Order Administration, Order Engineering, Quality Plans & Specifications (QP&S), and Change Order Management, setting performance objectives and driving high standards across all functions. Operationally, you will monitor key KPIs including on-time delivery, backlog health, and order accuracy, and serve as the primary escalation point between the Chennai support teams and MEA stakeholders. The role also requires ensuring technical governance, trade compliance, export controls, and financial integrity across invoicing and revenue realization. Driving continuous improvement initiatives and representing the Chennai Order Management team in regional discussions are key expectations.
