Project Engineer I

This Project Engineer I role in Chennai supports the Asia Pacific Interco project best costing team, involving technical specification review of project scope and pricing for control valve products. You will participate in quote strategy meetings, review project scope and select products based on application requirements, coordinate with Regional Sales, Project Management, and Global Supply Chain teams to identify optimum purchasing routes, and support team members to ensure on-time project submissions. The role also involves participating in scheduled calls with sales offices and local business partners to resolve project queries, working with the Sales & Operations Planning team to maintain up-to-date project listings, and maintaining a focus on minimum initial bid as a prime consideration when selecting technical solutions. Strong knowledge of control valve products and industry applications is required.
