Product Order Engineer I

This Product Order Engineer I role in Chennai is the Asia Pacific key contact for Order Engineering within Fisher Chennai Engineering Center. You will review incoming orders commercially and technically, check specification sheets against OEDI/II and product bulletins, verify option compatibility, and create or update product structures to meet required constructions. Responsibilities include raising Internal Order Requisitions (IORs) to factories, providing timely responses to factory enquiries, assuming the Order Engineering Coordinator role for large projects, mentoring and training staff in order detailing, and contributing to departmental targets to reduce lead times and backlog. In-depth knowledge of control valve products, Fisher products and accessories, BOM processing, and a minimum of 3 years of control valve engineering experience are required.
