SAP O2C Consultant

This role involves configuring and optimizing SAP Order-to-Cash processes within S/4HANA environments. You will manage the full order lifecycle — from customer inquiry and quotation through sales order creation, delivery, and invoicing. Key responsibilities include configuring SAP SD and integrated FI/MM modules, managing accounts receivable, payables, ACH, lockbox, and cash management. You will also be responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities to reduce O2C cycle time and act as a subject matter expert to resolve billing, shipping, and order-related issues. The role requires hands-on experience with IDOCs, ALE integration, and automated clearing processes.
