This senior presales role focuses on large, complex IT outsourcing deals ranging from £10M to £200M+ TCV, with a primary emphasis on designing and validating transition and transformation programs. You will lead the transition solution stream across RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals, developing detailed blueprints, project plans, staffing models, risk registers, and transition cost models. The role involves participating in client due diligence, presenting and defending transition solutions during orals and contract negotiations, and collaborating with sales, delivery, finance, and legal teams. A secondary focus covers translating bid commitments into execution-ready transition plans and providing oversight during early delivery stages. German language proficiency is required for engaging with German-speaking clients.
