Build and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for personalized customer engagement and automated campaign management. Develop dynamic email templates, landing pages, and campaign experiences using AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Work across Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio to implement scalable automation workflows. Manage audience data models, integrations, and database connectivity while translating business requirements into technical solutions. Support REST and SOAP web service integrations and contribute to scalable multi-business-unit implementations.
