Design and implement scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions to support personalized customer engagement and automated marketing journeys. Develop responsive email templates, Cloud Pages, and automation workflows using AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS. Work across Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and MobileConnect to deliver end-to-end marketing automation. Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs while managing audience activation and customer data models.
