This role focuses on end-to-end physical design delivery for advanced server SoCs. You will work on RTL-to-GDSII implementation including floorplanning, power planning, placement, CTS, routing, and physical signoff. The position requires deep expertise in timing closure, DRC/LVS, EM/IR analysis, and industry-standard EDA tools. You will collaborate with cross-site teams to meet aggressive performance, power, and area targets on cutting-edge process nodes. Strong scripting, problem-solving skills, and experience with high-performance designs are essential.
