Business Analyst-VP
As a Business Analyst at the Vice President level within Global Payment Services, you will own and manage requirement-related aspects of the change delivery lifecycle from inception and solution design through implementation and post-implementation support. You will serve as a subject matter expert bridging the gap between product owners and technical development teams, ensuring smooth change management across multiple work streams.
Your responsibilities include requirements elicitation and documentation using User Stories, end-to-end requirements management and traceability covering both functional and non-functional requirements, and overseeing deliverables of fellow BA team members. You will identify, analyze, and monitor stakeholder relationships while quantifying and controlling all business design and analysis activities on change projects.
The role requires strong experience in agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Rally, and Confluence. Domain expertise in bookkeeping, accounting, general ledger, deposit and loan interest calculation processes, and liquidity management implementations is highly valued. You should be capable of investigating and solving complex problems, identifying business improvement opportunities, and communicating requirements effectively to multiple stakeholders. Experience with large-scale product implementations involving integration of various upstream and downstream applications using diverse communication protocols is expected.
