Devops Engineer
Join the Customer Digital and Data team as a DevOps Engineer where you will design and lead enterprise-scale AWS Cloud architecture, build and govern CI/CD platforms, and drive the evolution of digital infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability of cloud platforms serving millions of customers.
Key responsibilities include implementing Infrastructure as Code strategies using CloudFormation and Ansible, managing container and orchestration platforms such as EKS and OpenShift in production, and automating deployments and operations using Bash and Python scripting. You will implement DevSecOps practices with tools like SonarQube, Veracode, and Prisma Cloud, and set up monitoring, logging, and observability using ELK, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
You will manage release governance, environment strategy, and deployment standards while driving incident management and reliability engineering practices. Building self-service deployment systems, implementing secret management with Vault or AWS Secrets Manager, and driving security and compliance automation in regulated environments are also key aspects of the role.
Experience with GitLab and Jenkins pipelines for CI/CD deployment, performance optimization, scalability planning, and the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and contribute to root cause analysis are essential for success.
