This Firmware Development Leader role in Pune involves building and managing a high-performance firmware development team within the Measurement & Analytical (M&A) product group. You will develop and implement talent development strategies aligned with global product group vision, attract and retain qualified firmware engineers, drive project and delivery management ensuring products are delivered to time and budget, and facilitate evaluation and improvement of development tools, technologies, and processes. The role requires close collaboration with global M&A functional leaders on product roadmaps and program management, overseeing end-to-end NPD stage gate processes, and encouraging adoption of Agile practices such as Scrum, TDD, and XP. Cybersecurity-focused product development experience (IEC 62443) and 15+ years of firmware development experience with 3-5 years in a leadership role are required.
