Test Engineer Hydrocarbon Gas & Liquid

This Test Engineer role in Pune is responsible for planning, executing, and managing internal and customer Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for hydrocarbon metering systems. You will review and interpret project quality and engineering documents, identify and define test requirements and procedures for metering systems, and conduct testing of Metering Skids, Flow Computers, Sample Handling Systems (SHS), Control Panels, Transmitters, Gauges, and related instrumentation. Responsibilities include generating and tracking calibration and FAT reports, leading FAT sessions with customers, investigating equipment failures for Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities. Knowledge of international standards such as AGA-9, NEC, ISO 9001, and IEC, along with expertise in reading P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and cause & effect matrices, is required. Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Petrochemical sectors is preferred.
